Responsibilities
- Solid foundational knowledge of systems administration and IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with Windows environments and common enterprise tooling
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Strong understanding of IT support best practices and user communication
Required Skills
- Microsoft 365 Admin Experience
- M365 Certifications
- Prior MSP Background
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft 365 Admin experience or certifications (e.g. MS-102, MS-900, or similar) would be a meaningful differentiator.
- Prior experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is also a strong positive signal. It tends to indicate exposure to varied environments and a good pace of learning.

- The successful candidate must be able to manage their own time and set realistic expectations with colleagues and stakeholders.
- This is not a role that will be heavily micro-managed. We need someone who is proactive, knows when to escalate, and takes ownership.
- Demonstrates good judgement about when to act independently vs. when to involve others
- Keeps stakeholders informed without needing to be chased
- Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment

Location & Logistics
- The role will begin on-site to allow the new hire to integrate with the team and build relationships.
- There is a clear path to a hybrid arrangement once the candidate has settled in.
- Occasional travel to Europe may also be part of the role. Candidates should be comfortable with this possibility.
