The Junior Systems Support role is responsible for engaging with all Spacelabs CRM & CPQ users to help maintain an accurate, efficient, and user-friendly systems that support the needs of the business. The successful candidate will be eager to learn about all aspects of the organisation, including its objectives, strategy, and operational processes. Working closely with CRM & CPQ users across the region, including Account Executives, Sales, Administration, Service, and Marketing teams, the role will focus on building strong working relationships, promoting user confidence, and enhancing the effective adoption and utilisation of the CRM and integrated CPQ platforms.

The candidate will also learn to perform basic administration tasks of Oracle CPQ to provide back up where required.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the quality of current CRM data and implement improvements where required.
  • Conduct reviews with users to capture business and technical requirements.
  • Work directly with CRM users to prioritise tasks and projects and identify opportunities for improved efficiencies.
  • Comply with company procedures for requirements definition and application design.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new CRM features and functionality.
  • Create training materials and user guides.
  • Deliver training to users remotely and in person, including occasional travel to offices in France, Germany & Italy.
  • Implement the ‘CRM Ambassador’ (train the trainer) programme across business functions.
  • Monitor data entry to ensure compliance with company guidelines and provide corrective guidance to users and teams where necessary.
  • Support business users with data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyse reports and dashboards from CRM and related applications to support business decision-making.
  • Complete Introduction to Oracle CPQ and Site Administration – Essentials training courses.
  • Achieve a working knowledge of product structures and usage across the range.
  • Provide ongoing support for users regarding application functionality, troubleshooting and best practice usage.
  • Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new functionality, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Assist with the maintenance of CRM data integrity, security, and user access permissions.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve user experience.
  • Document business processes, system procedures, and user guides.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues where required.
  • Support CRM & CPQ related projects and system enhancements across the region.
  • Promote best practice use of the CRM system and encourage user adoption.
  • Standardise business processes, workflows, and system interfaces to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Explore GDPR compliance to support marketing activities.
  • Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Desirable:
