About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, Talent Partner to help us scale our teams in a fast-moving startup environment. This is a generalist recruiting role, where you’ll support hiring across multiple functions and work closely with hiring managers to bring in great talent quickly and thoughtfully.
This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who wants hands-on experience and a clear path toward becoming a full-cycle recruiter.
Please note: This is a fixed term contract role for 4-6 months. The role is fully office based in Euston, London. We operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
What You’ll Work On
- Support end-to-end hiring across a variety of roles and teams
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication end-to-end
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and priorities
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS (Greenhouse) and keep pipelines moving
- Help improve recruiting processes as we grow (your ideas matter!)

What We’re Looking For
- 1 - 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup, agency, or fast-growing company
- Exposure to Marketing, Product, Technology or Clinical hiring (experience in all 4 is a plus, not a must)
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS
- Comfortable sourcing and speaking directly with candidates
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple open roles
- Strong communication skills and a great candidate-first mindset
- Curious, adaptable, and excited to build not just follow processes
- Interest in growing into a full-cycle or specialist recruiter
