We are recruiting for a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join a premium fashion brand in their London team. Please note this is a 4-6 month FTC with potential to be extended/go perm.

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across the brand's retail store network, partnering closely with Store Managers, Area Managers and key stakeholders to attract and select high-quality candidates.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail vacancies across the store network, from candidate attraction through to offer acceptance.
  • Partner closely with Store Managers, Area Managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  • Recruit across a range of retail positions, from Sales Assistants and Supervisors through to Store Management, including volume, seasonal and hard-to-fill vacancies.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, careers fairs and local outreach initiatives.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely, professional communication and feedback throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment activity within the ATS and use recruitment data and insights to monitor performance and improve hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with the wider People Team to support DE&I initiatives, share best practice and continuously improve recruitment processes.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience managing end-to-end retail recruitment
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities, with exposure to multi-site or high-volume recruitment advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
  • A proactive approach to candidate sourcing, with experience using LinkedIn, job boards and other attraction channels.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to changing recruitment priorities.
  • A positive, collaborative and resilient approach, with a genuine passion for recruitment and delivering a great candidate experience.
  • Previous experience using an ATS and a basic understanding of recruitment data and reporting.
