Here is a super exciting opportunity for an ambitious Junior Talent & Partnerships Manager to join a well-renowned boutique talent agency, representing international creators.

Acting as the first point of contact for a dedicated roster, you will support their day-to-day careers, manage brand partnerships and proactively identify new commercial opportunities - with fashion, beauty, lifestyle & luxury brands.

The Role

• Act as the first point of contact for a dedicated roster of talent, responsible for their day-to-day management
• Manage incoming enquiries and proactively identify new commercial opportunities
• Build relationships with brands, agencies, PR and industry contacts
• Create compelling pitch decks and talent proposals
• Manage talent diaries, meetings and campaign schedule
• Attend events, shoots, fashion shows and filming alongside talent.
• Coordinate multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Be responsible for redlining and negotiating fees and commercial terms.
• Track deliverables, approvals and deadlines from initial brief through to completion.
