About the job:

We are looking for a Junior T&C Advisor to support our Regional Talent & Culture team across London and Continental Europe.

Working closely with Regional T&C Partners and teams across the organisation, you will help deliver key people initiatives and HR processes across different countries and business areas.

This is a varied role combining HR operations, talent, employee lifecycle support, people insights, communications and projects. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to build broad HR experience in an international environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Support Regional T&C Partners with key people priorities, annual HR processes and workforce and talent discussions.
  • Prepare presentations, people insights and communications for managers and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities and follow up on actions across countries, business areas and T&C teams.

Talent & junior programmes:

  • Support talent and performance processes, including preparation for talent discussions and follow-up of development actions.
  • Help deliver our internship and CIB New Generation programmes, from recruitment and onboarding through rotations, development initiatives and programme milestones.
  • Support career fairs, employer branding activities and other junior talent initiatives.

Employee lifecycle & HR operations:

  • Prepare contracts, amendments and employee documentation using established processes and templates.
  • Support managers with Workday processes including role, salary and employee changes.
  • Maintain accurate employee information and documentation.
  • Provide coordination and documentation support on employee relations matters when required.

Projects & continuous improvement:

  • Contribute to regional and global T&C projects across areas such as employee experience, culture, engagement and transformation.
  • Help simplify and improve HR processes through digitalisation, automation and AI.
  • Work closely with T&C Partners, Centres of Expertise and Operations teams across the region.

What we’re looking for:

  • Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in HR, People Operations, HR Business Partner support, Talent, HR Consulting, or a related area will be valued.
  • Good understanding of core HR processes, with exposure to areas such as talent, performance, workforce planning, recruitment/vacancy management, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to support HR projects and processes effectively.
  • Comfortable working with HR data, maintaining accurate records, and preparing regular reports and analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and professional communications for different audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders across different countries and functions.
  • High attention to detail, with an interest in developing a broader understanding of the business and its people priorities.
  • Comfortable working in an international and matrixed organisation.
  • Good working knowledge of HR systems; experience with Workday would be an advantage.
  • Good proficiency in Google Suite, with an interest in using technology and AI to improve HR processes and ways of working.
  • Professional fluency in English; Spanish and/or additional regional languages would be an advantage.
