The Opportunity

We’re building our UK-based Technical Support team and are looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join us. As part of our global support team, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for Gallagher Security customers and Channel Partners, helping troubleshoot technical challenges, provide clear guidance, and create positive support experiences. Your Role At a Glance

  • Respond to technical support calls and emails, providing accurate, timely, and customer-focused support with guidance from the wider team.
  • Troubleshoot networking, device, software, and access control-related issues using a structured approach and support from senior team members.
  • Record support interactions and technical resolutions clearly in CRM and knowledge base systems.
  • Work with regional teams, product testing, and development teams to escalate, investigate, and help resolve customer issues.
  • Build your knowledge of Gallagher Security products, customers, and processes through continuous learning and collaboration.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
