The Opportunity
As a Junior Consultant, you'll be part of a delivery team supporting a real Scottish business to solve genuine business challenges through technology. Working alongside experienced Technical Coaches and fellow Junior Consultants, you'll gain hands-on experience delivering technology solutions that create real value for organisations while developing the skills employers are looking for.
This is an opportunity to apply the knowledge you've gained through self-study, college, university, bootcamps or professional certifications in a real-world environment.
Projects may include:
- Website improvements and accessibility enhancements
- Workflow automation and AI-assisted business processes
- Cyber security assessments and recommendations
- Data preparation and reporting projects
- CRM and customer engagement improvements
- Cloud and digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced technology projects aligned to your skills and experience [thecloudcrew.io]
What You'll Be Doing
- Participating in discovery workshops and requirements gathering activities
- Working with businesses to understand their challenges and objectives
- Contributing to the design and delivery of technology solutions
- Completing project tasks as part of a professional delivery team
- Conducting research and producing recommendations
- Testing, documenting and presenting solutions
- Attending team meetings, project reviews and coaching sessions
- Collaborating effectively with other Junior Consultants
- Applying technical skills to real business scenarios
- Building evidence of your skills through practical project delivery
