Junior Technology Recruitment Consultant
We’re looking for a Junior Technology Recruitment Consultant who is looking for the next step in their career, to join our growing team, specialising in Technology and GTM recruitment across the UK Public Sector.
You’ll work on live vacancies from day one, sourcing and engaging technology professionals across areas including Product, Engineering and Design, as well as other GTM positions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to progress their career in specialist tech recruitment across permanent and contract vacancies, working alongside experienced recruiters and developing their knowledge of the technology market.
The Role
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and other platforms
- Identify and engage technology professionals for live vacancies
- Qualify candidates against technical requirements
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines
- Manage multiple vacancies and candidate processes
- Build long-term relationships with technology professionals
- Work an autonomous workload

Ideally, you’ll have:
- Some specialist agency recruitment experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine interest in Technology
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Resilience and determination
- Confidence speaking with candidates
- A willingness to learn and develop
Previous agency recruitment or Technology recruitment experience is desirable, as is an understanding of either Technology, Public Sector or Security Cleared recruitment.
