Role Overview
Reporting to the Lead Engineering Test & Quality Manager, the Junior Test Analyst will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality test scripts and coverage
- Executing tests
- Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Maintaining test assets in Azure DevOps
- Contributing to test automation initiatives
The role will work closely with business users, developers, business analysts, and project teams to ensure that solutions meet business and quality requirements.

What you’ll do
- Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing across enterprise applications.
- Support testing activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
- Coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholders, including test planning, scheduling, execution tracking, and sign-off management.
- Create, update, and maintain test cases, test scripts, test results, and traceability records in Azure DevOps.
- Monitor and report testing progress, defects, risks, and quality metrics through dashboards and status reports.
- Log, track, and retest defects to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium to support regression testing.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure testing deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and test automation coverage.

Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
- 3 years' experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE testing.
- Experience coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
- Strong experience using Azure DevOps Test Plans for test management and reporting.
- Experience maintaining test scripts, execution results, defects, and QA dashboards.
- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect management, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ISTQB Foundation Certification.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium automation testing.
Location – St. Albans, UK – Hybrid
The role will be hybrid, with the expectation of being in the St. Albans office 3 days per week, as required.
