Cherie Lee Interiors is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Interior Designer to join our Hertfordshire studio.
We are a small, collaborative team specialising in high-end residential interiors, working on a varied portfolio of projects from initial concept through to installation. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to be involved in every stage of the design process and to work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers and specialist makers.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year's experience in high-end residential interior design, with a strong eye for detail, a natural understanding of colour, material and proportion, and a genuine passion for creating beautiful, considered interiors.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working on high-end residential projects, ideally across several stages from concept through to installation
- Has a strong design eye and an excellent understanding of colour, texture, materials and proportion
- Understands bespoke joinery and furniture detailing
- Has good knowledge of the interiors industry and confidence sourcing products and materials
- Is creative, curious and genuinely passionate about interiors
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work
- Is organised and able to manage priorities across multiple projects
- Is confident using their initiative, researching independently and finding creative solutions to problems
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Is motivated, proactive and happy to take ownership of their work
- Enjoys being part of a small, collaborative team
- Can work efficiently and calmly when deadlines are tight

Software
Experience with CAD or other professional drawing software is essential. Vectorworks experience is particularly desirable.
Knowledge of Keynote, EstiMac and Photoshop would be beneficial but is not essential. You should also be comfortable using Outlook and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Location & hours
The position is based at the Cherie Lee Interiors studio in Buntingford, Hertfordshire and is a full-time, studio-based role.
Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm
