The Opportunity

You’ll coordinate our talented team, ensuring the right people are allocated to the right tasks at the right time. You'll manage resource planning, support sprint planning, monitor capacity, identify gaps, and ensure project teams possess accurate visibility of upcoming demand.

Collaboration and communication is key, working with varying stakeholders to manage colleague availability, annual leave, planned work, overages, time reporting, and future requirements. Naturally you'll pride yourself on attention to detail, operating with confidence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Tempo, Monday, Basecamp or similar is advantageous, in addition to any exposure of a fast-paced agency environment, eCommerce/digital development lifecycles, and resource management.

This role offers real-life experience, and continued professional development. You'll coordinate exciting projects for well-known brands, with 1-2-1 mentorship, and utilise a training budget to pursue career-related qualifications of your choice.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Essential

  • Recent graduate with at least a 2.1 degree, or previous relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with varying stakeholders.
  • Advanced attention to detail, ability to maintain accurate planning data.
  • Superb organisation skills - time management, task prioritisation, productivity.
  • Ability to identify risks, escalate effectively, propose practical solutions.
  • Positive attitude, desire to help others, taking pride in your work.
  • Passionate about a career in eCommerce and/or digital.
  • UK based, comfortable working remotely (in the UK) or hybrid from our Bristol office.

Advantageous

  • Experience in a technical delivery focused environment.
  • Experience in a Resource Management role (Traffic, Studio, Production Manager etc).
  • Knowledge of relevant tools (Jira, Tempo, etc).
  • Understanding of content-managed websites and eCommerce platforms (eg Adobe Commerce / Magento).
  • Experience with capacity forecasting, utilisation reporting, commercial overage tracking.
  • Experience supporting operational change or improving processes.
  • Familiarity with agency commercials, retainers, project budgets, and time reporting.
