Junior Transactions Analyst, Disposals – Mileway – London
Are you an ambitious and analytical professional looking to take your first or next step in real estate?
We are looking for a Junior Transactions Analyst to join our Disposals team in London. Supported by experienced senior colleagues, you will help execute Mileway’s disposal strategy across assets located throughout the UK and Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in real estate transactions. You will gain hands-on experience across the full sales process while developing your financial analysis, market research, transaction management, and stakeholder-management skills.
The right candidate will combine strong numerical ability with attention to detail, clear communication, and a genuine desire to learn. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities and motivated to grow with us as we strengthen our position as Europe’s leading last-mile logistics real estate company.

You’ll be based at our London West End office. Our policy requires working from the office three days a week, but please be aware that for this role you’re required to be 5 days a week at the office.
What you’ll do
- Support the Disposals team in analysing and executing property sales across Mileway’s UK and European portfolio.
- Work closely with asset managers across our European markets to identify disposal opportunities and prepare assets for sale.
- Assist with managing multiple sales processes, ensuring each transaction progresses according to plan.
- Engage with agents, investors, and other external parties throughout the UK and Europe.
- Coordinate with colleagues across Mileway and Blackstone to help bring transactions to a successful conclusion.
- Prepare comprehensive real estate, financial, and market analyses.
- Conduct market research and produce high-quality presentations, reports, and transaction documents.
- Maintain accurate transaction data and ensure information is managed consistently.
- Develop your knowledge of real estate transactions, investment analysis, and portfolio management through hands-on experience and guidance from senior colleagues.

What you’ll bring
- Up to three years of relevant work experience. Previous European real estate experience is helpful but not essential.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in real estate and transactions.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Fluency in English, with clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Additional European languages would be an advantage.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the motivation to get things done.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- An understanding of good information-management principles, including data ownership, consistency, and maintaining a reliable single source of truth.
- Strong organisational and teamwork skills, combined with a willingness to learn on the job.
- Positive energy and a collaborative mindset. You are comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
