At Farlo, we build digital products that impact real audiences. Our clients include some of the most recognised names in live entertainment, from West End and Broadway theatres to national e-commerce brands and global ticketing platforms.

We are a London-based digital agency with deep expertise in UX/UI design, full-stack development, advanced analytics and proprietary tracking technology. We combine data-informed thinking, creative excellence and technical expertise to create user-centred digital experiences that drive measurable results for our clients.

As a small, focused team, we move quickly, take ownership at every level and give people the opportunity to make an impact from day one. Learning is built into the work, supported by constructive feedback and opportunities to develop your skills as the agency grows.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and a knack for producing mobile-optimised, web-ready assets are essential. You should have the ability to work within teams and with clients, turning project visions into reality. The role will allow hybrid working and flexible hours, successful candidates can work remotely, but will be expected to work at least one day a week with the team in our accessible Central London office.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
