About The Role

We are seeking a passionate Junior UX Designer to join our dynamic design team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative individual eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment. As a Junior UX Designer at Hypercreate Ltd, you will work closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to craft intuitive, engaging digital experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to translate user needs and business objectives into seamless digital journeys. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in UX principles and a passion for user-centered design. A compelling portfolio demonstrating your UX process, problem-solving skills, and design thinking is essential. Candidates should have at least 1+ years of experience in a similar role or a relevant educational background, such as a degree or bootcamp in UX Design, HCI, or related fields. Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma or Sketch, is required. A solid understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards is crucial. Excellent communication skills are necessary to articulate design decisions effectively. Additionally, a proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to constructive feedback are highly valued traits.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting comprehensive user research, including competitor analysis, user interviews, and surveys to gather valuable insights.
  • Create detailed user personas, user journeys, and process flows to map out product features and enhance user experience.
  • Design wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes utilizing tools like Figma or Sketch to visualize concepts and facilitate stakeholder feedback.
  • Support the planning and execution of usability testing sessions, collecting and analyzing user feedback to inform iterative design improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with UI designers and developers to ensure UX principles are maintained throughout the development process, resulting in cohesive and user-friendly products.
  • Stay informed on the latest UX trends, accessibility standards, and best practices to continually improve design quality and innovation.
