Role Summary
We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our creative team as Junior Video Creative. Reporting to the Head of Video within the Creative Department, you will work on a wide range of projects, with a strong focus on social media as well as wider brand marketing and editorial content.

Role Responsibilities
- Edit video content with an understanding of social platforms and best practices – ingesting footage and working with external post-productions team. Managing the final conforms and ensuring successful delivery
- Complete postproduction for video projects including editing, grading, mastering, encoding in different formats and quality checking each ratio for specific platforms; repurposing existing edits to maximise content and executing simple motion graphics requests
- Work within the video team to concept, shoot and edit/oversee post on video content for a variety of digital platforms, taking platform-specific best practices into account for each - supporting the team on larger projects and ensuring deadlines are met
- Develop treatments for video shoots and shoot low-fi content – a strong focus on social first content
- Work cross-functionally with different teams within the creative team and the wider business –collaborating with designers, art directors & stylists, social, site, paid
- Work collaboratively with video team, organising files and delivery of assets
- Liaise with Production to help plan, produce and deliver all video content
- Research original images, music, and video content as support material to video shoots
- Take a leading role in backing up all data and organising a library of all media; including the organisation of motion franchises and video files
- Perform quality assurance on all video footage and final edits before delivery
- Accurately archive footage to be easily accessed by the Editorial, Marketing and Social teams

Essential And Desirable Skills And Experience
- Experience using Adobe Suite: Photoshop, After Effects and motion graphics/basic animation
- A proven background in video content creation and creativity within a digital space and interest of new developments and innovation in video content
- Strong understanding of social platforms and best practices for each (i.e. TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
- A professional approach to work with great attention to detail, high quality and consistency
- You have an eye for scroll-stopping content and like to analyse why content caught your attention
- Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment well under pressure with a flexible, creative attitude both within a team and autonomously
- Understanding of usage and clearance requirements for music, images and footage
- Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines as part of a team or autonomously
- Knowledge of and awareness of fashion and luxury, and ability to translate a luxury fashion brand within the video format
