Starting Salary: Up to £26,500 (depending on experience)

Location: Chisholm Hunter Support Centre (Glasgow) - Fully on site

Hours: 37.5 per week

Your Role

As a Junior Video Editor, you will play a vital role in shaping the visual tone of our brand, ensuring all content reflects our "A Cut Above" standards. You'll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to transform raw footage into polished, compelling videos that elevate our digital presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Video Production: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos, applying brand guidelines and video templates for consistent output.
  • Content Creation: Edit and export content for various platforms, including YouTube, reels, TikTok, and audio formats, collaborating with directors and marketing managers to align outputs with creative and strategic goals and emerging trends.
  • Collaboration and feedback: Work closely with design and content teams to deliver a cohesive brand message, incorporate feedback to refine and elevate video projects and contribute ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions for future content.

Who We're Looking For

Essential:

  • A creative, detail-oriented visual editor with strong storytelling skills.
  • Experience editing videos specifically for YouTube
  • Demonstratable experience editing short-form content (Reels/Shorts for TikTok/Instagram)
  • Experienced working with Premiere Pro
  • A demonstratable portfolio/evidence of works undertaken which can be shared via links
  • Someone who understands the importance of brand identity and consistency.
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and adapting to evolving priorities.
