We're the world's leading growth marketing agency. We work with some of the most ambitious companies globally across fintech, consumer apps, ecommerce, gaming and B2B, delivering full-funnel growth through strategy, media and creative under one roof.
Video is core to almost everything we produce: paid ads, UGC, influencer content, brand films, teasers, original episodic content and the vlog of our own agency's growth. We're looking for a socially fluent Junior Video Editor to sit at the heart of our in-house production team and cut it all.
This is a fully remote, freelance engagement. We are hiring London-based editors, and you should be able to attend our London office from time to time for kick-offs, shoots and reviews.
THE ROLE
You're a fast, instinctive editor who lives on TikTok, Reels, YouTube and wherever short-form video is actually being watched. You know what makes a cut work, why certain pacing lands, how a sound design choice can make or break a scene, and how to match the energy of a platform without defaulting to formula.
You'll cut across the full range of Growthcurve's video output: UGC and influencer ads, brand films, competition teasers and hype videos, episodic content, vlog episodes and original campaign work. You'll work closely with our Creatives, Producers, Art Directors and Growth team to turn raw footage into assets that perform.
This is a role for someone who is serious about a career in editing: hungry to learn, obsessed with craft and excited about how the discipline is evolving with AI.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Edit across the full range of Growthcurve's video output: UGC and influencer ads (fast turnaround, multiple variations), performance video for paid social, brand films and campaign hero content, competition, teaser and hype videos, original and episodic brand content, and long-form content for the Growthcurve vlog.
- Edit for platform: TikTok, Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts and YouTube long-form, with genuine fluency in how pacing, aspect ratio, captions, hooks and sound design differ across each.
- Add titles, motion graphics, transitions and effects that elevate content without distracting from it.
- Produce multiple cuts and variations of every asset: different durations, aspect ratios, hooks, endings and creative variants for testing.
- Colour-grade, sound-mix and finish work to a high standard across every delivery.
- Manage your own time effectively across concurrent projects with tight turnaround demands.
- Integrate AI tools into your workflow to speed up repetitive tasks without sacrificing polish (transcription, auto-captioning, rough assembly, background removal, voice cloning where appropriate).
- Keep files organised: clean project structures, proper labelling, good archive hygiene.
- Contribute creatively in kick-off sessions and reviews, bringing ideas about pacing, structure and sound that make the work better.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
