The Role
As a Junior Videographer at Superdry, you will be a member of the Brand Creative department of Art Directors, Brand Creatives, Videography, Photography, Styling, and Retouch teams.
This role will support the videographer and wider department, creating world-class and engaging content for digital platforms, e-commerce, marketing, retail, and wholesale. You will help ensure that all content is delivered on brand, on time, and to a high-quality standard.
As a Junior Videographer, you will primarily work on edits for social media content. In addition, you may also be required to assist and shoot in our in-house studio, on location, and embrace AI-assisted tools to support and enhance content generation. This is a hands-on production role, combining growing editing and filming skills with an understanding of the workflows and timelines involved in producing brand video content, from concept to final delivery.
You will be expected to support multiple projects at once, have a proactive attitude, contribute your own creative ideas, and continue to develop your filming and editing craft alongside more experienced members of the team.
You Will
- Edit engaging and trend-led social media content for the brand social platforms.
- Support the videographer and wider brand creative team with opportunities to shoot, edit, assist pre-production, on-set production, and post-production—helping to ensure they are delivered on brand, on budget, and to a high-quality standard.
- Shoot and edit films for brand events with confidence and with a collaborative approach.
- Confidently use filming equipment and editing software in the studio and on location.
- Support other tasks where necessary, including studio and equipment maintenance and asset cataloguing.
- Embrace the use of AI tools to enhance and improve efficiencies throughout the creative and editing workflows under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help ensure AI-assisted and AI-generated content is on-brand, accurate, and complies with Superdry's brand guidelines and copyright/usage policies.
- Develop an understanding of the Superdry brand and learn our in-house filming and editing workflows.
- Drive your own career development by keeping up to date with filming, editing, and AI-assisted production techniques relevant to your work, learning new skills, and proactively seeking opportunities to use them.
- Demonstrate passion for our brand and the needs of our customers.

You Are
- A videographer with experience in efficient editing, on-set shooting assistance, and good knowledge of industry-standard equipment and editing software.
- Eager to learn, build confidence, and develop your style and skills further, including emerging AI-assisted creative tools, graphics, VFX, audio mixing, and color correction.
- Creatively driven, with a good eye for visual content, an interest in fashion, and an awareness of the culture and trends relevant to our customers.
- Interested in creating engaging social-first content and developing an understanding of what works across different social platforms.
- Willing to assist other tasks within the department and support more experienced members of the Videography, Photography teams, and Brand Creative—experience with photography and working in a studio environment is advantageous.
- Able to take direction, manage workloads, respond positively to feedback, and apply what you have learned to future work.
- Confident with Apple Mac, plus it is advantageous to have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Well-organized, hard-working, adaptable, and resilient.
- A clear and collaborative communicator who is comfortable asking questions when needed.
- Able to travel to location shoots and events when required.
