Videographer & Photographer Role
You must be based in Hampshire or Surrey. We won't consider applications from outside them.
You are a videographer and photographer first. You will shoot and edit video and stills for our clients, our shows and our own channels: live events, location and studio shoots, products, people, and the behind the scenes nobody else captures. Second, with the founder, you will run the social media and PR on Lahat Creative's own channels and help grow them, as one of the faces of the brand on camera.
The work is hybrid across the UK, with in-person days in both counties, and we won't consider applications from outside them.
About Us
Lahat Creative is a marketing, PR and events agency working across Hampshire, Surrey and the wider UK. We are small and founder-led. Our office is going through a move and will be in Hampshire soon.
First: The Camera Work
This is the core of the role and most of your week. You shoot it, you edit it, you deliver it.
- Live Events: From national consumer shows with thousands of visitors to world class motor shows, retail events, studio shoots and more. Build days, doors opening, exhibitors, crowds and the moments nobody else is pointing a camera at.
- Client Shoots: Across Hampshire and Surrey. Our clients span many industries, from shops and showrooms to niche products and services, so you will shoot a lot of different things: products, people, places and process.
- Photography: Stills for web, social and press: products, portraits, events and spaces, edited and delivered fast.
- PR Moments: Awards nights, networking events, press days and partner visits.
- Behind the Scenes: BTS of running an agency and delivering for clients, with you and the founder leading it.
- Concepts: Shot lists, formats, series and hooks. You pitch what we should shoot, not just shoot what you are told.
- Deliverables: Vertical short-form for TikTok and Reels, square and landscape cuts for Facebook and LinkedIn, stills for web and press, and a tidy edited library the wider team can pull from.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Second: Our Channels
The social media and PR on Lahat Creative's own channels. Content you make for clients is scheduled and managed by the wider team. Our channels are yours to lead, and this half of the role grows as you do.
- Run and Grow Our Channels: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook for Lahat Creative. Own the calendar, write captions and hooks in our voice, schedule, answer comments and messages, and be accountable for reach, followers and enquiries.
- Run the PR: Press moments, award entries, media and partner outreach, and the stories that come out of our shows and client work.
- Make it Travel: Test formats, sounds and hooks. Know why a post works and do more of it.
- Be on Camera: Talking-head tips, show-day vlogs, agency life and AI explainers. You will be part of the face of the brand.
- And More: With the founder, you will touch paid social for our own campaigns and shows, email, and events delivery on show days.
Hours
Around two days a week base for now. Busy weeks run higher, plus evenings and weekends occasionally.
What We Need From You
Where You Are
- Based in Hampshire or Surrey. This is a must. Applicants outside these two counties will not be considered.
- One day a week in person with the owner and team, the rest hybrid. Our office is going through a move and will be in Hampshire soon.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car. Shoots are across Hampshire and Surrey, often at venues and times public transport cannot reach. Longer trips, overnights and out-of-area work are agreed and covered in advance.
Behind The Camera (This Comes First)
- A reel and a portfolio. Video you shot and edited yourself, and photography you took. Links are compulsory.
- Confident filming in mixed light and fast-moving rooms, handheld and on a gimbal, with clean audio.
- Photography that holds up: composition, exposure and colour, turned around quickly.
- Editing in Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar, and Lightroom or Photoshop for stills.
- Organised and reliable. Deadlines met, files where they should be.
- Confident on camera. You will be part of the face of the brand.

The Marketing Side (This Comes Second)
- Any social media, marketing or PR work you have done: accounts you have grown, campaigns, press, paid ads. Show us.
- Ideas. Show us content you concepted yourself, from the thought to the post.
- Clear writing in a brand's voice, and Canva for graphics.
- AI. If you already use it heavily to plan, write, edit and analyse, that is a real advantage here. Tell us what you use and how.
An Advantage
- Because of the content we capture, from fast-moving live events to showroom, product and talking-head work, your own mirrorless or DSLR with lenses and audio capture will put you ahead.
- Content that has gone viral or grown an account fast.
- Paid ads on Meta or TikTok.
- Metricool, Later or Buffer.
- Events, automotive, motorsport, charity or retail experience.
The Basics
- 18 or over, because the work includes evening events and venues with age limits.
- Right to work in the UK.
How to Apply
Please only apply if you are based in Hampshire or Surrey. Then send three things through Indeed:
- Your CV
- Links to your reel and portfolio: video and photography first, plus any social media, marketing or PR work (accounts you have run, campaigns, press, ads)
- A 60-second self-shot video introducing yourself
Applications without links will not be reviewed.
