Why This Role Matters
As a Junior Visual Designer, you’ll help bring creative ideas to life across digital and physical channels. Working closely with our Visual Designer and the wider Creative team, you’ll create engaging assets for paid social, display, websites, email, direct mail, print and other marketing activity.
This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys variety, learns quickly and can move confidently between fast-turnaround work and larger campaigns. You’ll develop your skills across brand and performance design, motion, video, print and digital, learning how strong creative can influence customer engagement and business performance.
You’ll also help make our creative production more efficient by building reusable templates, keeping asset libraries organised and contributing to smarter ways of working. Your eye for detail, curiosity and fresh perspective will help Vintage.com stay consistent while continuing to evolve.
- Deliver a consistent flow of polished creative across digital, social, print and other marketing channels, responding well to briefs and meeting agreed deadlines.
- Develop and adapt performance-led concepts and creative variants, using campaign learnings to strengthen future work.
- Apply the Vintage.com visual identity consistently while bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
- Translate campaign ideas into engaging static, motion and video assets for different channels, audiences and markets.
- Improve creative turnaround and consistency through reusable templates, organised asset libraries and clear production processes.
- Build strong working relationships across Creative and Marketing, contributing confidently from initial idea to final execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
