This is a full time (40 hours/week) permanent role that requires you to be flexible, and work morning, evenings and weekends. Due to the location of the hotel you must drive.
Heckfield Place
Heckfield Place is a beautifully restored hotel on a 400-acre farm in the county of Hampshire, just outside of London. In Marle and Hearth restaurants, we create food - often freshly picked from our own Home Farm a short distance away - and drink that celebrates simplicity, the seasons, and a sense of place.

Position responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Be positive and professional with all guests and visitors
- Have a great customer service attitude and work closely with the senior members of the team as well as the kitchen
- Enjoy offering a great level of service to our guests
- Have an interest in sustainable food
- Have an open schedule that allows you to work evenings and weekends
- Ensure all areas of The Restaurant are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness
Some previous experience in a similar role is desirable. But training will be provided for those open to learn and we encourage progression internally.
Basic salary of £26,500PA
