The Client

We are recruiting on behalf of an award-winning digital marketing agency that is experiencing rapid growth and investing heavily in its design team. They are looking for an ambitious Junior Web Designer who is eager to learn, enjoys solving problems design, and wants to create websites that deliver real results for clients.

The Role

As a Junior Web Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting live client projects from day one, designing and developing websites that make a real impact. You will collaborate with a talented team of developers, SEO specialists and marketers, receive ongoing mentoring from experienced designers.

  • Design, build and maintain responsive client websites.
  • Collaborate with developers, SEO specialists and marketing teams on live projects.
  • Create engaging, user-friendly websites that deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Develop your skills in UX, UI and modern web design best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Receive ongoing mentoring from senior designers and regular design feedback.
  • Build leadership skills by supporting project coordination and team development as you progress towards a Design Manager role.

The Candidate

  • Experience in Web Designer or similar role
  • Creative, ambitious and passionate about web design.
  • Experience with Webflow and Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  • A good understanding of UX, UI and responsive design.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team
  • Great attention to detail, organised and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Eager to learn, develop and progress your career.
  • Motivated by the opportunity to grow into a Design Manager role.
