Monday–Thursday: 9am–5:30pm | Friday: 9am–1pm

We’re looking for a Junior WordPress Developer to join our small, creative team at Banbridge Website Studio. You’ll help us design, build and maintain websites for a wide range of businesses, working alongside our director and lead designer.
This role would suit someone early in their career who has some hands-on WordPress experience and is ready to put their skills into practice. You might have worked in an agency, completed a course, built your own websites or taken on freelance projects.
The Role
You’ll be involved in projects from the initial build through to launch, as well as helping us look after existing client websites. Your day-to-day work will include:

- Building and styling WordPress websites using Elementor.
- Turning briefs and designs into pages that look great and are easy to use.
- Making sure websites work properly across mobile, tablet and desktop.
- Adding website content and uploading WooCommerce products.
- Checking forms, links and layouts before websites go live.
- Helping with updates, troubleshooting and client requests.
- Working with the team to keep projects moving and meet deadlines.
About You
You have some experience with WordPress and Elementor, a good eye for detail and a willingness to learn.
We’d also like you to have:
- A basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- An interest in good design, including layout, spacing and typography.
- The ability to stay organised and follow a brief.
- A practical approach to solving problems.
- Confidence asking questions and taking feedback on board.
- Pride in finishing work to a high standard.
