JUNIOR/DELIVERY RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT — BUILD YOUR OWN £500K+ DESK
If you're currently working in recruitment and feel like you're capable of more, this could be one worth looking at.
I'm working with a specialist construction recruitment business that is looking for a Junior Consultant / Delivery Consultant to join an established M&E desk.
But this isn't a typical junior recruitment role.
- You're coming in to work directly alongside one of the company's top young consultants, learning the desk, the market, the clients and the candidates — with the intention of completely inheriting the desk within 6 months.
- And there's already serious money being done:
- 💰 £250k+ current billing
- 📈 £500k+ potential with the right person
- 🏗️ M&E / Building Services market
- 🎯 M&E Managers & Technical Services Managers
- 🤝 Clients include major Tier 1/main contractors
- 📍 Central London
- 🏠 2 days WFH
- ✈️ International incentive trips
- 📈 Clear progression & uncapped earning potential

- Someone with around 6-24 months+ recruitment experience who:
- Is hungry to progress
- Wants more responsibility
- Isn't getting the development they expected from their current business
- Enjoys delivery and candidate work
- Has the ambition to become a successful 360 consultant
- Wants to build something of their own rather than sit on someone else's desk forever

The first six months are about learning, delivering and building your market knowledge. Then the plan is simple:
You inherit the desk and take it forward as your own.
The business already operates across specialist construction markets including M&E, building services, mission critical, science and fit-out, with an established London operation and a track record dating back to 2016.
