Overview Of Role
The Test and QA team are responsible for the successful performance of a variety of tasks which are required to test our products, ensuring that they are effective. You will be reviewing the products against a strict product testing protocol taking accountability for the quality of tests and ensuring that all testing is completed to the required schedule. You will be involved in the testing of new products, product adaptations, and also testing as part of any necessary fault finding or investigations into product performance.
- Produce and ensure test reports are fully completed and all results recorded along with relevant supporting evidence.
- Support the wider team in the Test & QA function along with having responsibility for some of your own projects.
- Be fully immersed in the business working on various different projects simultaneously and liaising with other areas of the business which will include the Commercial Teams, Research and Development, Production, Customer Services, and Account Managers.
To be successful, you will need to build a strong understanding of the company’s full product portfolio and company products, so that you can ensure that following testing all products meet their requirements. You will be required to understand test methodologies applicable to our business and products and develop a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA best practices.

Who are you?
You may already have some relevant experience that is relevant which would include manual testing protocols, SQL skills for back-end/data validation, working with Jira for requirements and defect management, programming skills, or security testing, or you will have an appreciation of these.
- Be a proactive individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
- Have a keen appetite for learning new skills with a detailed and analytical approach to your work.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Have strong problem-solving and organization skills.

Screening and Vetting
Based on the nature of our business, successful candidates are required to undertake a screening and vetting process. You will be required to have the right to work in the UK and have been resident in the UK for 5 years.
