As part of our strategic expansion into the UK K-Beauty market, we are looking for a talented and driven K-Beauty Sales Manager to connect Korean beauty brands with leading UK retail channels and drive business growth.
Position Overview
The K-Beauty Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding SOLUM's K-Beauty business in the United Kingdom. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, expanding distribution networks, and driving revenue growth.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing relationships with major Health & Beauty retailers, pharmacy chains, distributors, and beauty retail customers, and other leading UK retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK K-Beauty market
- Develop and manage relationships with Boots, beauty retailers, and pharmacy chains
- Recruit, develop, and manage distributors and retail partners
- Facilitate negotiations and business matching between beauty brands and retail channels
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights
- Support brand launches, promotional campaigns, and sales activation initiatives
- Drive business growth through strategic account management and business development activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or FMCG industry
- Proven sales and channel development experience within the UK Beauty or FMCG market
- Experience managing Boots or similar Health & Beauty retail accounts
- Strong experience in distributor and key account management
- Demonstrated business development and relationship-building capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, or Personal Care industry
- Existing relationships with major UK retail channel and similar retailers
- Experience working with K-Beauty or international beauty brands
- Established network of retail buyers, distributors, and industry stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the UK beauty retail landscape
