職務内容
- 製造現場における業務改善活動の推進
- 生産性向上に向けた課題の抽出および改善提案
- 製造工程の効率化および品質向上施策の立案・実行
- インドネシア人スタッフを巻き込みながら改善プロジェクトをリード
- 現場スタッフへの指導・助言を通じた改善文化の醸成
- 継続的な改善活動の定着および運用サポート
応募要件
- 日系自動車メーカーまたはTier1メーカーでの製造現場経験
- 製造現場における改善活動の実務経験
- 現地スタッフを巻き込みながら改善を推進した経験
- 課題発見力および実行力をお持ちの方
- 英語での日常会話が可能な方
- インドネシア語で業務遂行ができる方歓迎
