In this role, you will be tasked with supporting project delivery alongside Project Managers and Senior Engineers, as well as being a key player in working as part of the wider team to deliver effective solutions on time and on budget. You will oversee maintaining and testing performant code for client applications as well as being expected to generate actionable reports based on time-series data analysis. Given your experience, you will also be expected to be collaborative with business users to define new application requirements and contribute internally to our growth culture by mentoring junior developers.

What you bring
- Minimum 2 years KDB+ development experience
- Good understanding of q language and time-series data structures
- Experience in Unix/Linux environments
- Capability in logic and problem-solving
- An understanding of methodologies associated with software development and SDLC
- Excellent client-facing communication
- Comfortable working as part of a team
Advantageous to have
- Experience in Capital Markets or Investment Banking
- Experience with AI tooling (Claude, Co-Pilot)
- Knowledge of Python and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Exposure to project leadership/management
