We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and collaborative Global Marketing Senior Manager to lead global marketing for Kearney's PERLab (Product Excellence & Renewal Laboratory) practice—one of the firm's fastest-growing and most innovative offerings.

PERLAB combines more than 100 years of Kearney's operational expertise with award-winning design capabilities and proprietary data-driven solutions to help C-suite executives unlock product growth, accelerate innovation, and transform product performance.

Reporting to Global Marketing and working in close partnership with PERLAB's global leadership team, you will serve as the senior marketing leader responsible for shaping and amplifying the practice's market presence. Sitting at the intersection of product strategy, advanced analytics, AI, and client engagement, you will translate PERLAB's capabilities and intellectual capital into compelling narratives that differentiate Kearney in the marketplace and deepen engagement with executive decision-makers around the world.

This role spans the full marketing lifecycle—from defining global positioning and messaging strategies to orchestrating integrated campaigns, thought leadership, digital marketing, and performance measurement. You will act as the connective tissue between practice leadership, regional marketing teams, business development, and Kearney's Brand & Market Enablement organization to ensure consistent, high-impact execution across markets.

Your success will be reflected in the continued growth of PERLAB's market profile, the quality and reach of its thought leadership, and stronger engagement with priority clients on topics including AI-enabled transformation, advanced analytics, customer experience, product strategy, and digital operations.

We want to hear from you if you

  • Hold a bachelor's degree; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • Have 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including meaningful experience within professional services, management consulting, or another complex B2B environment.
  • Bring demonstrated expertise in B2B product marketing, digital transformation, analytics, or technology-related marketing.
  • Have successfully developed and executed global marketing and thought leadership strategies that increased brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Possess strong knowledge of AI, data analytics, digital platforms, customer experience, product strategy, or related business topics.
  • Are highly analytical and comfortable using marketing analytics, performance measurement frameworks, and marketing technology platforms to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Have experience influencing senior leaders within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Thrive managing multiple complex initiatives across geographies with minimal supervision.
  • Possess excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Are able to travel occasionally to leadership meetings, practice events, and team gatherings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
