Product Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative, collaborative, and commercially minded Product Marketing Specialist to support the global marketing activation of Kearney's Product Excellence & Renewal Laboratory (PERLab)—our dedicated global practice focused on helping organizations accelerate product innovation, unlock growth, and create competitive advantage.

Working closely with the Global Brand & Content Strategy Director and PERLab's global leadership team, you will play an integral role in bringing the practice's capabilities to market. You'll partner with product strategists, designers, consultants, and subject matter experts across the globe to develop compelling marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and digital content that showcase PERLab's unique expertise and strengthen Kearney's position in the market.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll help shape global marketing activation plans, coordinate integrated campaigns across multiple channels, build relationships with stakeholders around the world, and ensure our marketing efforts deliver measurable impact with priority clients.

Your success will be reflected in the quality and effectiveness of PERLab's marketing campaigns, the strength of its market presence, and the engagement generated through innovative content and strategic partnerships.

Who We Want

We want to hear from you if you:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Have 4–8 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2–3 years focused on B2B product marketing within a corporation, agency, or professional services environment.
  • Have experience developing and activating integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Are an exceptional storyteller with the ability to translate complex business concepts into engaging marketing content.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Have experience building collaborative relationships across matrixed, global organizations.
  • Bring a strategic mindset while remaining comfortable executing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Are comfortable using marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future activities.
  • Are willing to travel occasionally as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Activation

  • Partner with the Global Brand & Content Strategy Director to align marketing initiatives with PERLab's business objectives and global growth priorities.
  • Develop and execute global marketing activation plans that increase awareness, strengthen market positioning, and support commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, thought leadership, events, social media, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate the marketing mix to ensure campaigns remain innovative, differentiated, and aligned with evolving client needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
