Step behind the bar at one of Goodwood’s most distinctive members’ clubs.
As a Kennels Bar Assistant, you’ll be part of a close-knit, professional team delivering warm, intuitive service in a truly unique setting. From serving classic favourites to beautifully crafted cocktails, you’ll help create the relaxed yet refined atmosphere that keeps our members and guests coming back.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering friendly, attentive service that feels personal and memorable
- Building genuine rapport with members and guests
- Confidently serving drinks and sharing knowledge of our menu
- Keeping the bar and back-of-house areas clean, organised and well presented
- Staying informed about what’s happening across the Estate to enhance the guest experience
- Supporting the Bar Manager and wider team with a proactive, can-do approach
- Working in line with licensing, health & safety requirements

What you’ll bring:
- A natural passion for hospitality and great service
- Confidence communicating with a wide range of people
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a bar or customer-facing hospitality role is desirable
- Cocktail-making experience is an advantage, but not essential
