We are seeking to recruit for the 2027 Category and Customer Marketing Graduate Programme at our Kepak Kirkham site, home to Rustlers.
Start date: 6th September 2027

The Programme:
Our Category & Customer Marketing Graduate programme is designed to develop our future Category or Marketing leaders, offering dynamic, motivated, hardworking, and passionate Graduates an opportunity to start their career with one of Ireland & UK's leading meat businesses. We will rotate you through both Category & Marketing to help you gain a great understanding of the business, before specialising towards the end of your programme and into your first role. The programme lasts 2 years and leads successful graduates onto potential career opportunities within the business.
You can expect:
- To be fully immersed into our Culture from day 1, working alongside key industry experts and Kepak leaders
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our brands and products, and our relationships with customers and consumers
- Learn to understand performance data initially, and then analyse and make recommendations in the team to improve commercial performance
- Support the development of new products, including new packaging designs & marketing campaigns. Build your knowledge of your customers to understand their lifestyle, so that you can tailor all marketing activity to their needs
- Support the development of strategies for our brands, and the planning future marketing activities to help realise the strategy
- To learn key aspects of our business, whilst you develop your skills and knowledge
- The opportunity to develop personally and professionally through exposure to key projects, tasks and development activities that challenge you, all supported by a detailed learner journey and training plan
- A dedicated mentor and development program to support you both on the programme and into a role that best fits your skills

We are looking for hardworking and ambitious Graduates, who want to learn and grow in a challenging and fast-paced environment, by performing real roles as part of your rotations.
You must be mobile and willing to travel throughout the programme to undertake development activities at any of our sites in the UK and Ireland.
We will consider undergraduates from all disciplines and backgrounds.
