Job Description

Your Opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Hub Manager will lead a dedicated team of experts responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services across multiple Kering Houses. Acting as the primary point of leadership for the Hub, you will drive recruitment performance, support and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, and build strong relationships with business stakeholders. The role combines team leadership, operational oversight and strategic partnership, ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality recruitment solutions that meet business needs while maintaining alignment with Kering's Talent Acquisition standards and objectives.

How You Will Contribute

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Experts, providing clear direction, setting objectives and overseeing workload allocation to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services across multiple brands and functions.
  • Foster a collaborative and agile team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing, cross-brand support, flexibility and continuous development to maximise team effectiveness and service delivery.
  • Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for HR Business Partners and business stakeholders, building trusted relationships, understanding workforce requirements and developing recruitment plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence across the Hub, ensuring compliance with Kering Talent Acquisition policies, processes, systems and governance frameworks whilst identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor and manage Hub performance, analysing recruitment metrics, service levels and team performance to drive efficiency, quality of hire and stakeholder satisfaction. Oversee reporting and activity tracking to support the allocation of Hub costs across participating Houses.
  • Lead workforce and resource planning within the Hub, ensuring capacity is aligned to hiring demand and that priorities are managed effectively across brands, functions and recruitment activity.
  • Oversee sourcing strategies and talent pipeline development, ensuring the effective use of recruitment channels, talent pools and external partners whilst promoting internal mobility opportunities across all Houses.
  • Manage agency and supplier relationships, including reviewing and negotiating terms of business, ensuring recruitment expenditure is controlled, service expectations are met and external partners deliver value in line with business requirements.
  • Take ownership of complex, business-critical and senior-level recruitment projects, providing guidance and support to the team whilst ensuring a high-quality end-to-end recruitment process and positive stakeholder experience.
  • Act as an escalation point for recruitment-related matters, working with hiring managers, HR teams and senior stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain service excellence.
  • Champion a consistent and positive candidate experience, ensuring Kering's employer brand and values are represented throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support the ongoing development of the Talent Acquisition Hub model by driving change management, embedding best practice and promoting collaboration across Houses and markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
