📍 Key Programme Details

Start date: September 2027

Structure: You will be hired on a permanent contract, beginning with a 3-year rotational programme. You will complete 3 rotations across different Finance teams.

Location: You will join one of our Kerry locations across Europe. Depending on your team and function, you could be based in Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, or Denmark. Please note that you may be required to relocate as part of your rotations; therefore, we are seeking individuals who are internationally mobile.

Professional qualification: Completion of a professional accounting qualification is a mandatory component of the Kerry Finance Graduate Programme and a significant investment in your professional development. You will be fully supported through the qualification of your choice (ACCA or CIMA) and will complete the programme as a fully certified accountant!

🔎 What We’re Looking For

  • You’re a graduate or soon-to-be graduate, on track for a 2:1 degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Sustainability, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business Analytics, and committed to completing a professional accounting qualification.
  • You’re ambitious, curious, open-minded, and ready to put your talents into action.
  • You’re fluent in English and ideally another language.
  • You’re eager to explore AI and new technologies, and keen to use them to work smarter, solve real challenges, and make a meaningful impact.
  • You’re eligible to work permanently in Europe.
  • You’re open to travel and relocation as part of the programme.
