About National Beauty Distribution

Founded in Cork in 2011, National Beauty Distribution (NBD) is Ireland’s leading importer and wholesaler for the beauty, hair, and cosmetics industry. We don’t just distribute products – we build brands. From salon-defining haircare names like KEVIN.MURPHY, ELEVEN Australia, K18, and Color Wow, to consumer favourites like Sundae Body, we manage every element of a brand’s Irish journey: from sales and education to PR, marketing, and retailer relationships.

About KEVIN.MURPHY

Founded in Australia by session stylist Kevin Murphy, KEVIN.MURPHY is a premium professional haircare brand built on a simple idea: treat hair with the same care as skin. Every product is created around the brand’s three core pillars – Fashion, Performance and Environment – combining editorial-level results with a genuine commitment to sustainability, from recycled ocean plastic packaging to cruelty-free, vegan formulations. It’s a brand for stylists who care as much about craft as they do about the planet, and this role is about bringing that philosophy to life in salons across Ireland.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
