About Impact Beauty Group
Founded in 2018 by Anna Marcovici and Franck Hiribarne, Impact Beauty Group (IBG) is a boutique commercial agency specialising in the growth and international expansion of independent, disruptive and conscious beauty and wellness brands.
We partner closely with ambitious founders to bring their vision to life, helping them build successful wholesale businesses and long-lasting partnerships with some of the most exciting premium beauty retailers in the UK, Europe and USA.
Working across a diverse portfolio of brands, from niche fragrance and skincare to makeup and wellness, we combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to building brands.
We are now looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Key Account & Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about independent beauty, enjoys building relationships and wants to accelerate their career in the premium beauty industry.
You will work closely with our directors and Key Account Director, gaining direct exposure to brand founders, retail buyers and international markets. With genuine ownership and responsibility from the outset, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop your commercial skills and make a tangible impact on the growth of our brands.
The Role
As Key Account & Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in developing our brands' wholesale businesses across the UK and Europe, with a focus on one of our brand clusters (5-7 brands).
Your responsibilities will combine managing and growing existing retail partnerships with identifying and securing new business opportunities across our portfolio of brands.
You will be involved in every stage of the wholesale journey, from introducing brands to new retailers and negotiating commercial terms to coordinating product launches, driving sales performance and developing long-term retail partnerships.
We are looking for someone who enjoys both the strategic and hands-on sides of the business: someone who can build relationships, spot opportunities, take initiative and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management & Sales Growth (40%)
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of premium beauty retailers across the UK and Europe, acting as a key day-to-day contact for buyers and commercial teams.
- Drive wholesale and retail sales performance, working towards agreed commercial targets across brands and accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans, identifying opportunities to grow distribution, visibility and sales.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts and key KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities and risks and reporting progress to the senior team.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with our brand partners, ensuring alignment on commercial priorities and growth objectives.
- Support commercial negotiations, including trading terms, promotional plans and account development opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
