About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Key Account & Business Development Manager to support the growth of our Engineering Solutions Division.

This role combines strategic account management with proactive business development, focusing on building long-term customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored automation solutions that create value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key customer accounts across target industries.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer visits, virtual meetings, and solution presentations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Develop commercial proposals and support contract negotiations.
  • Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and sales pipeline activity.
  • Deliver against growth targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or account management within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial automation.
  • Strong lead generation, pipeline management, and opportunity development skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote environment.
  • Relevant qualification in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
