IN2-AV Recruitment is part of the IN2 Resourcing Group, an established and highly successful specialist recruitment business supplying Technology and Engineering professionals across the UK.
We are looking for a Key Account Co-ordinator to join our team in Hayes, Bromley, supporting our Freelance Divisional Manager with the day-to-day management of some of our key temporary recruitment accounts.
We are happy to consider both full-time and part-time applicants and can offer some flexibility around working hours for the right person.
This would suit someone with experience in customer service, account management, office administration, sales support, or recruitment administration who is highly organised, enjoys dealing with customers, and is comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Previous recruitment experience is not essential. For the right person, there is also the opportunity for the role to develop into a more commercial Temporary Recruitment / Account Management position over time.
The Role
Working closely with our Freelance Divisional Manager, you'll help ensure our key temporary staffing accounts run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the daily management of key client accounts
- Speaking regularly with clients and temporary workers by phone and email
- Coordinating temporary staffing requirements, bookings, and worker availability
- Processing and chasing timesheets
- Assisting with weekly and monthly invoicing
- Chasing purchase orders and resolving invoice or timesheet queries
- Supporting temporary worker onboarding and administration
- Maintaining accurate information across our recruitment and accounting systems
- Liaising with clients, temporary workers, and our internal recruitment team
- Helping deal with the last-minute changes and requirements that naturally come with a busy temporary recruitment operation
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident, personable, and comfortable dealing with clients over the phone
- Able to manage several priorities at once
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of problems and see them through
- Good at building and maintaining customer relationships
- Comfortable working with numbers, invoices, timesheets, and spreadsheets
- Confident using online systems and general office software
- Happy working as part of a small, busy, and experienced team

Experience using Xero or similar online accounting software would be beneficial, but isn't essential. You might currently work in customer service, account management, sales support, office administration, recruitment administration, or a similar client-facing co-ordination role.
Career Progression
There is genuine scope for this position to develop beyond account administration and support. As you learn our clients, temporary workforce, and recruitment processes, you'll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and potentially progress into a Temporary Recruitment / Account Management role within the business.
Location
This is an office-based position at our Hayes, Bromley office.
As we're looking for someone who can become a long-term member of our team, we're ideally looking for applicants living within a reasonable commute of Hayes.
Suitable locations could include Bromley, West Wickham, Beckenham, Bickley, Keston, Chislehurst, Orpington, Croydon, and surrounding areas.
