Role Overview

We are seeking a highly diligent and detail-oriented Key Account Coordinator to support a key internal account. This role is dedicated to managing the end-to-end order process for a single strategic customer, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service. The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination, maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, customer representatives, and suppliers. The role requires the ability to remain calm under pressure, respond quickly to changing priorities, and think proactively to resolve issues while maintaining commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, process, and manage customer orders within required timeframes
  • Act as the primary operational contact for a designated key account
  • Maintain and update order records, reports, and documentation with precision
  • Monitor order progress and proactively address any discrepancies, delays, or risks
  • Maintain and manage customer price books, ensuring accuracy and alignment with agreements
  • Support profitability by monitoring pricing, margins, and cost impacts
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Attend and actively contribute to meetings with customer teams and suppliers
  • Generate and maintain regular reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Ensure all data is recorded and stored in line with company procedures
  • Support compliance with supply chain and regulatory requirements
  • Identify process improvements and contribute innovative solutions

Experience

  • Previous experience in order processing, administration, or key account support preferred
  • Experience of supply chain compliance and regulatory requirements, or willingness to learn and undertake relevant training
  • Experience managing customer accounts, pricing structures, or price books is advantageous
  • Familiarity with data entry systems and reporting tools
