As we continue to grow the International business, we are looking for a highly commercial and operation-minded Key Account Operations Coordinator to join our growing Operations team and manage a portfolio of house accounts. The main focus of this role is supporting on the day-to-day communication & administration with both the 3PL, Clients and ROW Sales team to ensure a smooth end-to-end process is maintained.

Our goal is to become the number one go-to leading soft toy brand for all ages globally. You will work incredibly closely and collaboratively with our Business Development Manager, Account Managers as we continue growing Jellycat.

There is a great ‘can-do’ team culture here at Jellycat and it’s important that you are not only a self-starting ambassador and sales person for Jellycat but are a great team player willing to get involved in what needs to be done in order to achieve great things.

You'll be;

  • Responsible for a portfolio of distributor/retailer accounts as the first point of contact for all general queries and determining who can internally resolve queries/find solutions.
  • Keying orders onto our system accurately when receipted from distributors/account managers.
  • Ensuring that we have data integrity on our system at all times.
  • Liaising with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
  • The key business owner all of retailer/distributor operational requirements.
  • Supporting the business development managers in the overall growth of the accounts and provide support wherever required to achieve the annual budgets.
  • Managing back orders, ensuring they are consolidated & able to ship.
  • Checking stock & allocation across warehouses.
  • Sending order confirmations & advising around stock availability.
  • Managing sample requests from customers and checking availability across different warehouses.
  • Maintaining high levels of communication including weekly internal meetings, plus regular virtual meetings and range reviews with customers alongside the Business Development Manager and Sales Team.
  • Able to understand the wider context of managing the accounts; liaising with different functions of the business internally.
  • Helping to train/guide new team members when required.
  • Liaising with credit control on payments and checking and maintaining customer data.
  • Providing clear and regular updates to the Account Managers.
  • Able to work in the Jellycat way (tone and communication).
  • Able to take ownership, work independently, whilst also being good at taking direction.

You'll have;

  • A minimum of 1-2 years proven experience in an Account Executive / Customer Service role.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Skills in Excel, Powerpoint, SAP & Microsoft D365.
  • Good communication and presenting skills.
  • Strong skills in building & maintaining effective professional relationships at all levels internally & externally.
  • A personable and positive mindset/approach.
  • The ability to be focused on maximizing sales through professional relationships whilst understanding and respecting business limitation and brand guidelines.
  • The ability to remain mindful of the Jellycat ‘tone’ and communication style associated with our brand. (Additional languages would be a bonus)
