Key Account Director – Lifestyle Hotel Brand, London
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based from HQ
We are partnering with an exciting and rapidly growing lifestyle hospitality brand to appoint a Key Account Director to join its London HQ.
This is a senior commercial role focused on building and strengthening high-value relationships across the brand’s key accounts, driving revenue, increasing engagement and developing long-term strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the commercial strategy and ensuring the brand continues to build strong relationships across the luxury hospitality, lifestyle and corporate landscape.
As Key Account Director, you will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic accounts, developing meaningful relationships with key decision-makers and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and brand exposure.

You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop account strategies, deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure the brand remains front of mind with its most important partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Create and execute account plans aligned with wider commercial and brand objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, retention and increased share of wallet across key accounts.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, events and senior leadership teams.
- Monitor account performance, market trends and competitor activity.
- Represent the brand at relevant industry, lifestyle and networking events.
- Ensure a consistently high level of service and engagement across all key accounts.
- Provide regular reporting and commercial insights to senior leadership.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior Key Account, Business Development, Partnerships or Sales role.
- A strong track record of growing and retaining high-value accounts.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Confidence engaging with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- A genuine passion for luxury hospitality, lifestyle and experiential brands.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
