Location: UK based. Two days per week in our London office, plus regular customer travel. Open to a remote base depending on location.

Reports to: Customer Success Director

Team: Customer Success where you will join two established Key Account Directors

Contract: Permanent, full time

About TekCor4

TekCor4 partners with the UK's largest automotive dealer groups and vehicle manufacturers to transform aftersales performance through data driven insight and marketing automation. Our platform helps customers grow service and parts revenue, retain more drivers, and run more efficient aftersales operations.

We are a private equity backed SaaS business in a growth phase, with a customer base that spans many of the UK's largest multi brand dealer groups.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a third Key Account Director to own and grow a portfolio of our most strategic dealer group relationships.

You will be the commercial and strategic owner of your accounts: the person the Group MD, Aftersales Director and Marketing Director call first. You will lead executive engagement, drive platform adoption, protect renewals, and find the next opportunity inside every account. You will work alongside our Field Consultants, who own site level delivery, and partner closely with Sales, Product and RevOps.

This is a step up role. We are looking for a strong account manager ready to move into full account ownership. It is an individual contributor role: you own accounts, not people, and you own them end to end.

What You Will Do

Own strategic relationships

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise dealer group accounts as their commercial and strategic lead
  • Build and maintain executive relationships across Group MDs, Aftersales Directors, Marketing Directors and IT
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders and turn them into agreed action, not status updates
  • Build a network of champions across brands and franchises so the partnership never depends on one contact

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Drive adoption and value

  • Monitor adoption and usage across every site in your accounts and act early where engagement drops
  • Partner with Field Consultants to lift underperforming sites and embed new product releases
  • Turn platform data into a clear ROI story that senior stakeholders believe and repeat internally
  • Carry the voice of the customer into Product and help shape the roadmap

Grow the book

  • Identify and close expansion across new modules, new brands, additional rooftops and new use cases
  • Build business cases with quantified ROI, and scope and defend commercial terms
  • Run transactional revenue such as reports, data projects and feature development alongside core renewals
  • Partner with Sales on trials, pilots and integration led opportunities

Protect the base

  • Own renewals from six to twelve months ahead of expiry, with a written plan and clear success criteria
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing and SLAs with support from Finance and Legal
  • Spot churn risk early through usage decline, stakeholder change and sentiment, and escalate before it becomes a problem
  • Maintain honest account health scoring in HubSpot and keep forecasts accurate

What You Bring

Essential

  • Account management experience. At least two years managing B2B customer relationships with personal ownership of your own accounts, rather than supporting someone else's.
  • Automotive experience. Dealer group, OEM or automotive supplier background, ideally in aftersales, DMS or CRM.
  • Senior relationship potential. Evidence of building trust with senior stakeholders, and the confidence to grow into Group MD and board level conversations with support.
  • Commercial instinct. You spot opportunity others miss, size it, price it and close it.
  • Commercial and data literacy. Comfortable with dealer economics, funnel metrics and reporting, and able to diagnose why a number moved.
  • Proactive communication. You anticipate problems and raise them early, internally and with the customer.
