Referment
Referment is working with an AI software company serving major consulting and professional-services firms. The company is hiring a Key Account Director to own one strategically important enterprise relationship and expand the platform into new teams, practices and geographies.
This is a focused commercial ownership role rather than a broad portfolio. You’ll combine account strategy, executive relationship building, complex sales and deployment leadership, using deep knowledge of how a large advisory firm buys and operates.
The Role
- Own revenue growth, retention, expansion and executive relationships for one flagship account.
- Map new use cases across consulting, transactions, tax, advisory and operational teams.
- Build trusted relationships with partners, managing directors and C-suite stakeholders.
- Create and execute a measurable account-growth plan with a strong expansion pipeline.
- Lead enterprise sales cycles from use-case development and internal sponsorship through procurement, legal review and adoption.
- Coordinate rollouts across teams and regions and feed account priorities into product decisions.
- Travel regularly to customer offices in the UK, Europe and US.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
