Key Accounts Executive

Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days per week at our Salford office)
Salary: £24,479 per annum
Hours: 35 per week (Monday - Friday)
Contract Type: Permanent

Join our team as a Key Accounts Executive! You'll be the first point of contact for our customers; handling calls and emails to resolve issues quickly. You'll manage workflows, plan first aid resources, and support third-party customers. Your tasks will include admin work, improving processes, and keeping databases up-to-date.

Teamwork is vital! You'll share feedback, advocate for customers, and schedule training sessions. Participate in meetings, support your peers, and maintain strong digital relationships. You'll manage your schedule while considering team needs and uphold our charity's values of integrity and commitment. What will a day in the life of a Key Accounts Executive involve?

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from customers, focusing on resolving their queries at first contact.
  • Coordinating customer workflows, including resource planning for first aid requirements and managing third-party customer needs.
  • Providing administrative and analytical support to enhance processes and systems, ensuring they meet customer requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and booking databases, keeping all customer information updated.
  • Participating in team meetings and supporting your colleagues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to share customer feedback, review processes, and schedule training sessions.

What skills will you require to be a successful Key Accounts Executive?

  • Strong computer skills and the ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and digital formats.
  • The ability to maintain high work standards and follow processes.
  • Great multitasking skills and experience working with targets.
  • A collaborative approach, working well with others across different levels.
