Key Account Executive
Manchester
Up to £46,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
I'm excited to be recruiting for a Key Account Executive on behalf of a leading global premium drinks business as they continue to invest in and grow their UK commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious, fast-growing organisation with an outstanding portfolio of premium brands. You'll play a key role in developing long-term partnerships across Manchester's vibrant On Trade, helping to drive commercial growth while bringing world-class brands to life.
The Role
As Key Account Executive, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of Independent Free Trade (IFT) and selected group accounts across Manchester. You'll be the face of the brands, building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering commercial success through collaborative partnerships.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build on their commercial experience while working within one of the UK's most dynamic hospitality markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key Independent Free Trade (IFT) and group accounts across Manchester.
- Develop and execute customer plans that drive mutual growth and deliver commercial objectives.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships by becoming a trusted partner to your customers.
- Maintain a strong presence within the Manchester On Trade, identifying market trends, new opportunities, and emerging venues.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide commercial solutions that add value to customers.
- Work closely with internal teams including Commercial Marketing and Finance to maximise execution and results.
- Ensure high standards of professionalism, compliance, and customer service across all interactions.

About You
You'll be commercially driven, passionate about hospitality, and enjoy building lasting relationships with customers. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the confidence to influence, negotiate, and identify opportunities that deliver growth.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years' experience in sales or commercial roles, ideally within the On Trade.
- Strong knowledge of Manchester's hospitality landscape, including key venues and emerging hotspots.
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and delivering commercial growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and results-focused.
