Role: Key Account Executive
Salary: Up to £35,000
Location: London | Hybrid
Industry: Beauty & Personal Care
We've partnered exclusively with one of the fastest-growing brands in British personal care and grooming.
This isn't a role you'll outgrow in 12 months. There's a clear path here to National Account Manager, then Senior. For someone who wants a genuine long-term career in beauty and personal care, backed by a brand that's growing from strength to strength - this is the perfect opportunity.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning order processing end to end - from PO tracking to invoicing to fulfilment
- Being the go-to for wholesale partners on pricing, stock, delivery and sampling queries
- Digging into sell-in/sell-out data (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)
- Spotting replenishment opportunities before retailers even ask
- Supporting UK and international distribution as the brand scales further

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
