About your role

The purpose of this position is: To support the Key Account Controller in executing the LRS Commercial Plan across Health & Fitness channel customers to meet and exceed designated business KPIs.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Key Account Controller in developing and managing a matrix of contacts across multiple Health & Fitness accounts.
  • Manage weekly channel orders ensuring clear communication between supply chain and customers.
  • Assist in selling LRS products and plans to Health & Fitness customers.
  • Support negotiation and execution of Joint Business Plans with customers.
  • Manage external relationships with national accounts, new business focus areas, and educational engagement with fitness professionals.
  • Ensure high standards of administrative tasks including promotional proposals, invoicing, debt management, range compliance, and planogram management.
  • Collaborate with supply chain to maintain optimal stock availability.
  • Work with Business Development and Regional teams to execute plans and develop business opportunities.
  • Pursue new channel opportunities aligned with annual objectives.
  • Deliver educational support to customers to enhance brand advocacy.
  • Assist in financial management including forecasting, P&L responsibility for specific national accounts, and monthly performance analysis.
  • Balancing multiple customer relationships and stakeholders across diverse Health & Fitness accounts.
  • Coordinating between supply chain, sales, and business development to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.
  • Managing financial forecasting and P&L responsibilities with accuracy and alignment to commercial calendar.
  • Adapting to evolving market dynamics within the FMCG and Health & Fitness sectors.
  • Driving new business development while maintaining existing customer satisfaction and compliance.

What You need to be successful

Essential

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Experience in account management and understanding of Account Manager/Buyer relationships
  • Strong financial numeracy and ability to build financially robust proposals
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with TPM and volume forecasting systems
  • Good understanding of FMCG marketplace and market dynamics
  • Excellent commercial and organizational skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships

Desirable

  • Experience in Health & Fitness or related FMCG channels
  • Previous exposure to educational engagement initiatives
  • Knowledge of planogram management and range compliance
  • Experience working in a matrixed sales environment
