Job Purpose
As a Key Account Executive, you will join a talented group of people who are always willing to go that extra mile for their customers. The purpose of the Key Account Executive is more than just selling products. You are required to seek out new business opportunities for Unilever while maintaining your existing business. You would be expected to deliver growth by opening new accounts within your agreed territory within the ‘Away from Home’ market.
You will need to meet your volume and financial targets and deliver excellent service to your customers. Within this role, you may be asked to spend time off your territory if a specific target / product needs support in other high footfall areas.
Responsibilities
- Win new business while retaining existing business within your defined geographical territory (SCOTLAND)
- Expand customer base to reach more customers and drive product penetration
- Implement customer business plans aligned to Unilever strategy & customer needs
- Use internal systems as the basis for all customer investment and activity decisions
- Daily completion of activities, opportunities & risks within CRM system
- Analyze sales data to drive product distribution.
- Attend and network at external industry forums to drive new business opportunities
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree level preferable, Education to A level or International Equivalent
- Experience in the Food Service desirable but not essential
- Preferred experience in end user sales / distributive accounts

Key Performance Indicators
- New Business Wins
- Delivery of annual individual goal plan (OKR), to be defined in discussion with your Line Manager
- Delivery of Sales Targets
- Completion of all required admin – including, CRM system, Customer invoices, data approval letters, pricing forms, and any other business requests
Additional Information
- Occasional national travel and overnights required
- Time off territory when required to drive products in other high footfall locations
- Full manual driving license required
- Ad hoc attendance at Team Meetings (UK)
