Own the relationships behind some of Europe's biggest loyalty programmes
Every time someone earns airline miles, scans a fuel card or redeems points at a retailer, there's a good chance our platform is behind it. We power loyalty programmes for many of the world's leading brands, reaching more than a billion members.
It's an exciting time to join. We're building AI-driven personalisation into the heart of our platform, winning in new markets and growing fast.
To keep that momentum going, we are hiring across Europe (Remote / Anywhere in Europe) for a Key Account Executive to take ownership of our most strategic European accounts and turn them into long-term partnerships.
Candidate Profile
- 3–5+ years of Enterprise B2B SaaS experience in Key Account Management, with a proven track record of growing accounts.
- Confidence engaging up to C-level and VP stakeholders, effectively mapping complex enterprise buying committees.
- Data-driven and commercial mindset, using ROI, adoption, and account health metrics to drive expansion and retention.
- Hands-on experience with account strategy, leading QBRs/EBRs and managing complex renewal cycles to mitigate churn.
- Ability to orchestrate internal account pods (Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Services) to deliver on commitments.
- Professional fluency in German and English (C1+) for daily interaction with DACH and global enterprise clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
